| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | Please refer to the attached. Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd., in its capacity as manager of Sabana Industrial REIT (the "Manager"), refers to the letter dated 18 April 2024 from Singapore Exchange Regulation (the "Letter"), as attached, on whether ESR Group Limited and its related parties should abstain from voting on the amendments to the Trust Deed being proposed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited for the purpose of effecting the internalisation of Sabana Industrial REIT's management function. The Manager will make announcements on the SGXNet in the event there are any material developments which warrant disclosure, in compliance with its obligations under the Listing Manual. Unitholders and investors are advised to refrain from taking any action in respect of their units in Sabana Industrial REIT which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in the Units. If any Unitholders are in any doubt as to the action they should take, they should seek their own independent advice. |
