Ltd., in its capacity as manager of Sabana Industrial REIT (the Manager), refers to the letter dated 6 July 2023 from ESR Group Limited (as attached below) and the letters dated 25 June 2023 and 30 June 2023 from ESR Group Limited (collectively, the Letters). The Manager assumes no responsibility for any of the contents of the Letters, including the accuracy, completeness or correctness of any of the information, statements or opinions made or reports contained in the Letters. The views expressed in the Letters should not be construed in any way as representing the views of Sabana Industrial REIT or the Manager. The Manager will make announcements on the SGXNet in the event there are any material developments which warrant disclosure, in compliance with its obligations under the Listing Manual.
