Registration Guidelines

1. What is the purpose of the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session?

   The purpose of the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session is to provide Sabana REIT Unitholders with the opportunity to interact with the Sabana REIT Manager and ask questions about the proposed merger (the Merger) of Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Real Estate Investment Trust (Sabana REIT) and ESR-REIT in order to better make informed decisions.

   • Will there be a Q&A session?
     Yes, there will be a live Q&A session which will be moderated by Mr. David Gerald, Founder, President and CEO of SIAS. Authenticated Sabana REIT Unitholders may submit any relevant questions they have prior to the dialogue date. Questions may also be asked directly during the live webcast via Pigeonhole.
   • Will the senior management be speaking and/or answering questions during the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session?
     Yes, Mr. Donald Han, Chief Executive Officer of the Sabana REIT Manager and Mr. Adrian Chui, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the ESR-REIT Manager will be present to share more about the Merger and address questions. Mr. Gerald will be present as well to moderate the session.
2. What is the difference between the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session and the Sabana REIT EGM that will be held on 4 December 2020 (Friday), 2.00 p.m. (Singapore time)?

   The SIAS – Sabana REIT virtual dialogue session will be facilitated and moderated by SIAS, and serves as an additional platform for Sabana REIT Unitholders to engage and interact with the Sabana REIT Manager. Unlike the EGM, there will be no resolutions tabled at the SIAS – Sabana REIT virtual dialogue session, and therefore no voting will be conducted.

3. Can I attend both the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session and the Sabana REIT EGM?

   Yes, you can participate in both meetings if you are a Sabana REIT Unitholder.

4. Who can access the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session?

   There will be an authentication process upon registration for the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session. Only authenticated Sabana REIT Unitholders will be granted access to attend the session.

   Sabana REIT Unitholders are required to submit an electronic copy of their latest proof of their unitholdings in Sabana REIT (Sabana Unitholdings) for verification purposes when they RSVP, failing which, they will not be provided with the login details for the live webcast.

   Sabana REIT Unitholders who hold units of Sabana REIT through nominee accounts are required to submit an electronic copy of their latest proof of their Sabana Unitholdings for verification purposes when they RSVP (for example, a letter from the nominee bank), failing which, they will not be provided with the login details for the live webcast.

   By providing your contact details to us, you agree that your personal data may be collected, used and disclosed by SIAS, Sabana REIT, the Sabana REIT Manager and their service providers, agents and authorised representatives for the purpose of administering and facilitating the SIAS – Sabana REIT virtual dialogue session (including providing any communications in relation to the session) and other purposes in connection with the implementation and administration of the Merger, as well as for investor relations communications, and in order for SIAS, Sabana REIT, the Sabana REIT Manager and their service providers, agents and authorised representatives to comply with any applicable laws, listing rules, regulations and/or guidelines.

5. Can I register a representative to attend the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session?

   No, only authenticated Sabana REIT Unitholders will be granted access to the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session.

   Sabana REIT Unitholders are not permitted to appoint a proxy to join the live webcast on their behalf.

6. How do I know if I have successfully registered?

   You will receive a confirmation email with the login details sent by SIAS at least one day before the session. Registrants will also be notified via an email and/or a call in the event of an invalidation of his/her submitted proof of Sabana Unitholdings.

7. I did not receive any confirmation email with instructions to access the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session. What should I do?

   Sabana REIT Unitholders are first advised to check the “junk” or “spam” folders of their email accounts in case the relevant emails are directed there instead of their [main] “inbox”. To allow future emails from SIAS to be directed to their [main] “inbox”, Sabana REIT Unitholders can select the confirmation message and click “Not Spam”.

   Sabana REIT Unitholders who have registered by the registration deadline of 23 November 2020 (Monday), 12.00 p.m. (Singapore time), but did not receive an email response by 24 November 2020 (Tuesday), 7:00 p.m. (Singapore time), may email SIAS for assistance at admin@sias.org.sg.

   Authenticated Sabana REIT Unitholders will receive a confirmation email with the login details at least 24 hours before the start of the virtual dialogue session. Each set of login details will only allow one person to log in during the live webcast. Multiple logins using the same set of login details will not be allowed.

8. Can I share my login credentials with others? What are the consequences?

   Sabana REIT Unitholders must not share the login credentials provided to them with others, as only one device is allowed per login. It is every Sabana REIT Unitholder’s responsibility to keep the login credentials provided to himself / herself.

   SIAS reserves the right to deny, without notice, any unauthorised access to the SIAS – Sabana REIT Virtual Dialogue Session, and prevent any other breach of security.
