Manager for Sabana REIT. Prior
to joining SPM, Mr How had
held various roles in the property
and facilities management field,
spanning across the industrial,
the commercial, as well as
the retail property sectors.
His experience in these fields
totals 16 years.
Before his appointment at SPM,
Mr How was Property Manager
for City Developments Limited
(“CDL”) and its subsidiaries,
Branbury Investment Limited.
In his four-and-a-half years with
CDL, he was involved and had
set up the property and facilities
management system for two
new commercial developments
spanning approximately
400,000 sq ft in leasable area.
