ACCOUNTABILITY AND AUDIT
Principle 10: The Board should present a balanced and understandable assessment of the company’s
performance, position and prospects.
The Manager prepares the financial statements in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting
Standards prescribed by the Accounting Standards Council and Sabana REIT complies with Rule 705 of the
Listing Manual of the SGX-ST (where applicable), which prescribes, among others, that quarterly results are to
be announced no later than 45 days of the reporting period while full year results are to be announced no later
than 60 days of the financial year end. In presenting the financial reports, the Board aims to provide a balanced
and understandable assessment of the Trust’s performance, position and prospects.
