DIVERSIFIED PROPERTY SEGMENTS, TRADE SECTORS AND LOCATIONS
Sabana REIT’s diversified portfolio comprises four asset types: High-tech Industrial, Chemical Warehouse and
Logistics, Warehouse and Logistics and General Industrial. The High-tech Industrial segment was the largest in
theportfolio, accounting for 43.6%of its total NLA. Thiswas followedby theWarehouse andLogistics, theGeneral
Industrial and lastly, the Chemical Warehouse and Logistics segments, in descending order. As at 31 December
2014, the High-tech Industrial segment contributed the highest proportion of the portfolio gross revenue,
at approximately 62.1%.
The tenants in Sabana REIT’s portfolio were well diversified across various trade sectors. As at 31 December
2014, the electronics sector was the largest segment, occupying 18.8% of the Trust’s NLA, followed by the
logistics sector at 14.9%.
