In the opinion of the directors of Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd. (the “Manager”),
the accompanying fnancial statements set out on pages 81 to 128 comprising the statements of fnancial position,
statements of total return, distribution statements and statements of movements in Unitholders’ funds of the Group
and the Trust, portfolio statement and statement of cash fows of the Group and notes to the fnancial statements
are drawn up so as to present fairly, in all material respects, the fnancial position of the Group and the Trust as at
31 December 2012, the total return, distributable income and movements in Unitholders’ funds of the Group and the
Trust and cash fows of the Group for the year then ended in accordance with the recommendations of Statement
of Recommended Accounting Practice 7 “Reporting Framework for Unit Trusts” issued by the Institute of Certifed
Public Accountants of Singapore and the provisions of the Trust Deed. At the date of this statement, there are
reasonable grounds to believe that the Group and the Trust will be able to meet their fnancial obligations as and when
they materialise.
