o promote corporate
transparency and make
company information
more accessible, the
Manager of Sabana
REIT regularly publishes information,
such as current details of its property
portfolio and related articles from
external news media on Sabana
REIT’s website. We also broadcast
all news releases andannouncements
via the SGX-ST website in a
timely manner.
Additionally, we continue to invite
feedback from Unitholders to help
us do better. We regularly hear
from Unitholders via phone calls
and emails and we were pleased
to have the frst open dialogue with
Sabana REIT’s Unitholders at the
Trust’s inaugural AGM on
12 April 2012, which saw all
tabled resolutions approved.
During the year, the Manager
continued to accelerate its efforts
to engage institutional investors.
In total, we met or held conference
calls with close to 400 institutional
investors over 70 meetings at
investor conferences and non-deal
roadshows in Singapore, Kuala
Lumpur, Hong Kong, London,
New York and San Francisco.
We also proactively reached out to
retail investors. In April, we
participated in the Berita Harian
Financial Planning Conference
2012, which was attended by
over 400 attendees, mostly from
the local Muslim community.
