In all, Mr Lim has over 32 years of experience working in
public accountancy, specialising in auditing companies
across a variety of industries.
He is also an Independent Director of several publicly
listed companies in Singapore and of the Singapore
Tourism Board. Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Commerce
degree from the University of Western Australia. He is
a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
in Austral ia and the Institute of Certi f ied Publ ic
Accountants of Singapore.

Mr Limwas appointed as the Chairman and Independent
Non-executive Director of the Manager on 1 November
2010. He is also a member of the Audit Committee.
Mr Lim is currently retired. He was previously a senior
partner at Ernst & Young in Singapore where he served
as audit partner for various clients and assisted in
managing the frm. Prior to his appointment at Ernst
& Young, Mr Lim was the Managing Partner of Arthur
Andersen in Singapore from 1990 to 2002. He also held
