Corporate Website

All announcements, including media releases, are uploaded on SGXNet and are updated on the website as soon as practicable after their release.
The Investor Relations section of the website (http://sabana.listedcompany.com/home.html) contains various investor-focused information and publications including circulars and annual reports, financial information and financial results. Sabana Industrial REIT’s trading unit price is also made available on the website on a 10-minute delay basis.
Unitholders can subscribe to email alerts on the website to receive updates on announcements released by the REIT. Contact details of the Investor Relations team are also available on the website.
Interim Business Updates and Half-yearly Results Reporting
Since financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“FY2020”), the Manager conducts half-yearly financial reporting in accordance with amendments to Rule 705(2) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited effective from 7 February 2020.
The financial results are released within one month from the end of each half-year period via SGXNet and are also updated on the corporate website in a timely manner. The date of the results release is typically disclosed two weeks prior to the date of the announcement via SGXNet.
The Manager also continues to provide interim business updates for the quarter in between the announcements of the half-yearly financial statements, to inform Unitholders and the investing community about the business and strategic developments at the REIT.
Unitholder Meetings
The Manager encourages Unitholders to actively participate at its Annual General Meetings (“AGMs”) as it is an opportune forum for them to put forth questions and communicate feedback to the Board and management of the REIT, as well as for the Manager to discuss the REIT’s strategy and performance over the past year. Extraordinary general meetings (“EGMs”) are also conducted as appropriate.
Prior to each general meeting, Unitholders are provided with timely information so as to enable them to participate effectively and vote at the meeting, including through the appointment of proxy(ies) if they are unable to attend such meeting in person.
Electronic voting is used for all resolutions at the REIT’s AGMs and EGMs. The results of each resolution put to vote are processed by independent scrutineers and the results will be announced - with details of percentages in favour and against - immediately after each poll. Separate resolutions are also proposed for substantially separate issues at the meetings. After the conclusion of each meeting, minutes are made available to Unitholders upon request.
**In the event of pandemic risks and associated movement restrictions by the government, alternative meeting arrangements will be set out by the Manager as necessary. These can include conducting the meetings electronically only via audio-visual webcasts or audio streams, accepting questions in advance of the meetings, or addressing substantial and relevant questions prior to the AGM and voting by appointing the Chairman of the meeting as proxy.
Annual Report and Sustainability Report
The Manager publishes an annual report to inform Unitholders about the REIT’s strategies, main activities, prospects, market outlook, and financial performance.
The Manager also publishes a Sustainability Report which sets out its environmental, social and governance strategy and performance. The report is in accordance with the sustainability reporting requirements of the SGX-ST Listing Rules 711A and 711B and the Global Reporting Initiative Sustainability Reporting standards.
